SEVENTH CALLING Preparing To Enter Studio
February 9, 2010Las Vegas metallers SEVENTH CALLING will enter Sound Vision Studios in the band's hometown on February 15 to begin recording their second full-length album, "Epidemic", for a late 2010 release via Heaven And Hell Records. The CD will be co-produced by Lance Swain of the metal band LIDA DYER, who previously worked with SEVENTH CALLING on the video for the song "Blood of the Divine" (see clip below).
"We are very excited to begin recording at this time," commented the group's lead vocalist, Steve Handel. "The new material is more aggressive than past efforts, and all of us involved, feel that this music is much more matured. And to be working with Lance Swain again on this project will be great!"
SEVENTH CALLING's latest EP, entitled "Prelude to Madness", was released last October through Heaven And Hell Records. The EP contains material that was originally recorded for the band's unreleased "Deliverance" album but which was scrapped by group's mainman, Steve Handel. The CD was produced by Kirk Moll and SEVENTH CALLING.
SEVENTH CALLING is:
Steve Handel - Lead Vocals/Guitar
Alex Ritchey - Lead Guitar/Backing Vocals
Shannon Frye - Drums/Percussion
Marc Flores - Bass
